Description
* Leading a team of senior brand professionals.
* Developing and implementing cutting-edge branding strategies to achieve brand health & equity, while serving as a trusted advisor to the top management team.
* Planning and executing communications strategies that are suitable for targeted audiences of different generations & geographies.
* Execute consumer & brand research initiatives to gather insights and pinpoint growth opportunities
* Closely monitor market trends and competitor activities to support the marketing team in carrying out the plan successfully
* Building KPIs and evaluation frameworks to measure the effectiveness of the executions
* Build an effective team structure while defining succession planning for high-potential subordinates at every stage of the business
* Provide both intensive and on-the-job training to brand teams
* Responsible for the marketing assigned budget and maintaining effective cost control to achieve budget goals
Profile
* Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Entrepreneurship, Marketing or other relevant courses
* Minimum of 10 years' experience in the FMCG or other consumer-driven industries (consumer tech, consumer finance, etc.), or advertising agencies.
* Excellent leadership skills in relation to directing a solid brand team, preferably for more than 5 years
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with expertise in negotiation and stakeholder management
* Proficient in English, both verbal and written skills
* Strong business acumen, people management skills, and entrepreneurial mindset
