Mô Tả Công Việc

Core Job Responsibility:
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility. Additionally, research industry trends, optimize SEO and digital marketing campaigns, and develop creative strategies.
• Develop and implement an integrated marketing communication plan that resonate with the target audience and align with brand objectives. Oversee all aspects of the brand management process and ensure the timely and cost-effective execution of campaigns.
• Take the in-depth lead on Corporate and Commercial PR, Media relations and Pitching stories, Media crisis management, Press events, CSR and Sponsorship.
• Ensures that the brand's image is consistent, compelling, and tailored to its target audience. You take a strategic approach to analyzing consumer behavior and managing all facets of online branding.
• Conduct market research and monitor industry trends to identify opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
• Manage blog content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and optimal user experience.
• Comprehensively supervise social communications on both Owned and Paid Social channels to maximize the Social buzz with cost efficiency and contribute traffic to Onsite.
• Coach and develop team members.
• Assist line manager in other assigned tasks.

Essential skills and qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of five years of experience in digital marketing and brand management.
• Strong knowledge of eCommerce platforms or experience in creative agencies will be preferable.
• Proven problem-solving and strategic planning skills, with the ability to think critically and drive results.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
• Experience in data analysis and metrics tracking to measure campaign performance and inform decision-making.
