Job description

MAIN DUTIES

• Delight target consumers, and build a strong brand by managing key brands, products, and projects in line with the volume, profit, and strategic objectives in the OPL/ brand plan.

• Develop and update consumer portrait, and consumer engagement funnel for her/his brand and portfolio’s market competitiveness. Translating the insights to strategize and develop quantified and measurable marketing and brand plans.

• Activates Brand Essence by providing relevant consumer insight and research expertise to support the creation of a sharp, unique, long-lasting, and inspiring Brand Essence centered around having a positive impact on consumers’ lives.

• Develops and updates consumer portrait, understands the in-store environment,

contributes to category strategy, defines the desired relative price, provides

recommendations to pricing and promotional strategy, and proposes SKUs for key channels and key customers.

• Contributes to development and executes strong, functionally aligned brand and ICP (Integrated Commercial planning), and MBP (Monthly business planning) plans across functions such as CCSD, Sales, Supply, CMS, Procurement, QA, I&R teams. Tracks and monitors the performance, health, and strategic alignment and setting pricing strategies. Take responsibility and monitor for PFME as per Nestle guidelines.

• Contributes to the development of OPL, ICP, and Big Ideas, engagement strategies and creates attractive and rewarding brand experiences. Works in partnership with regional teams and communication agencies and ensures all his/ her brand communication contributes to enhancing the company image of a trusted NHW leader.

• Identify gaps about product formulation, communication, price, availability, visibility, and aspects relevant to achieving superiority against competition, recommend and negotiate for innovation/renovation initiatives in coordination with regional/global

• Manage execution of the brand’s plan, promotional, product development, and PFME budgets

Job requirements

• Minimum 4 years experience in marketing or 4 years in other MKT functions at Nestlé or equivalent FMCG

• Experience working in cross-functional teams.

• Managed independently under challenging/demanding market environments to achieve

and exceed goals.

• Has had experience of working with cross-functional groups.

• Has developed and implemented business strategies aimed at increasing brand

competitiveness for infant nutrition products.
