Mô Tả Công Việc
- Lead brand planning and execution, strong management for both ATL and BTL activities to ensure excellent execution
- Get closed to customers/ consumers via frequent market visits
- Be able to work well with cross functions to drive sales and build brand
- Lead cross functions (R&D, production, supply chain, purchasing, sales, trade marketing) to run NPD process: new product concept development and testing, packaging design & testing, sales forecasting, new product launching, sales briefing/ training, stock management and sales movements... to ensure the success of the launch
- Management of marketing budgets within agreed targets
- Other tasks assigned by line manager
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- At least 2 year experiences at the same position, within FMCG industry is a big plus
- Strong at brand management, consumers understanding, creative & strategic knowledge
- Ability to multi-task and be proactive & independent in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Good communication skills both written and oral, presentation and negotiation skill
