• Drives profitable sales, brand growth (brand health and consumer panel parameters)
• Lead multi-functional team to develop & execute holistic initiatives via LLP (Local Launch Plan) & IMC development & execution. Directly lead ATL development & brand activation for the initiatives
• Develop in-depth WHO profile and Execute brand communication plans
• Manage agency and partner relationships
• Leverage customer insight data to strengthen and refresh brand management
• Ensure Brand communication within areas of responsibility to be consistent with the Corporate and Brand positioning
• Develop and Implement media planning, buying, and other innovation touchpoints
• Provide design and direction for marketing collaterals, web, product packaging, and other visual communications for the company
• Build databases & knowledge of Centers of Expertise
• Manage Brand A&P and Execute with discipline
• Develop & Execute Co-MKT plans for MT/Retailers based on reconciliation from Trade MKT

• Experience Required: Minimum 3 years of related work experience (FMCG, Food)
• Strategic Leadership and Analytical Ability & Superior Critical Thinking
• Problem Solving and Performance orientation
• Strong communication and influence skills – clear, concise, and persuasive in style
• Well-versed in speaking & written English communication
