About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Brand Manager to lead brand strategy, execution, and growth for a luxury product line in the Vietnam market. This role requires strong commercial thinking, a refined understanding of luxury positioning, and the ability to deliver premium brand experiences across all consumer touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
• Brand Strategy & Positioning
• Develop and implement brand strategies that strengthen brand equity and market positioning.
• Ensure all branding activities reflect luxury standards and align with global/corporate guidelines.
• Monitor industry trends, competitors, and consumer insights to identify new opportunities.
• Marketing Planning & Execution
• Lead the development of annual marketing plans, campaigns, and launch strategies.
• Manage integrated marketing initiatives across digital, social, PR, events, and retail.
• Oversee content creation, visual merchandising guidelines, and brand assets.
• Retail & Customer Experience
• Collaborate with retail/operations teams to elevate in-store experience and customer journey.
• Drive high-end customer engagement programs, VIP initiatives, and exclusive events.
• Ensure consistent luxury service standards across all touchpoints.
• Business & Performance Management
• Track brand KPIs, campaign ROI, and market performance; provide data-driven recommendations.
• Own brand budget planning and management.
• Support sales forecasting, product assortment planning, and pricing alignment.
• Stakeholder & Partner Management
• Work closely with internal cross-functional teams (sales, retail, operations, finance, digital).
• Manage external partners: agencies, influencers, PR houses, event organizers, and media.
• Align with regional or global teams on brand strategies and reporting.
Yêu cầu công việc
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.
• 5+ years of brand/marketing experience; luxury industry experience preferred but not required.
• Strong understanding of premium/luxury consumers and brand storytelling.
• Proven track record of developing successful marketing campaigns and brand activations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Creative mindset with strong commercial acumen.
• Fluent in Vietnamese and professional English proficiency.
