Role Overview
The Branding & Marketing Manager will play a key role in shaping and communicating M Asia Distribution’s brand identity — both corporate and consumer-facing. This role involves building the MAISA brand, strengthening M Asia Distribution’s group branding, managing creative and digital assets, and working closely with agencies to deliver consistent, high-impact marketing strategies across all touchpoints.
The successful candidate will establish the foundations of brand, communication, and digital marketing systems for the group and its subsidiaries.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy & Corporate Identity
• Develop and implement M Asia Distribution’s brand identity system — including logo usage, tone of voice, and brand narrative across all subsidiaries.
• Strengthen the corporate image across all stakeholder touchpoints (website, presentations, investor decks, stationery, letterhead, and email signatures).
• Build a unified brand positioning for MAISA, ensuring alignment with M Asia Distribution’s core values and APAC expansion strategy.
• Collaborate with the CEO to define brand purpose, vision, and communication strategy for corporate and consumer audiences.
2. MAISA Brand & Go-To-Market Development
• Lead brand building for MAISA — including creative direction, logo identity, tagline, visual merchandising, and customer loyalty programs.
• Develop go-to-market (GTM) and launch campaigns for MAISA’s digital and physical platforms (ice cream, club membership, smart vending, etc.).
• Work closely with product and commercial teams to align branding with customer engagement strategies and retail experiences.
3. Agency & Vendor Coordination
• Manage and evaluate external branding, creative, PR, and digital agencies.
• Coordinate brand campaigns, visual design, website development, and social media management.
• Ensure all external partners deliver on-brand and on-schedule outputs according to company guidelines.
4. Digital Marketing & Online Presence
• Oversee the management and updates of corporate website (www.mgroupdist.com) and LinkedIn page.
• Plan and execute digital campaigns, including SEO/SEM, content marketing, and paid ads.
• Support marketing activities for the MAISA consumer platform, integrating data-driven insights for optimization.
• Manage the creation of regular content (articles, visuals, videos) that promote M Asia’s group activities and thought leadership.
5. Campaigns & Communications
• Develop marketing communication calendars, including product launches, PR activities, and seasonal promotions.
• Prepare press releases, media kits, and brand storytelling materials for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support in trade events, partnerships, and sponsorship initiatives to enhance brand exposure.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Branding, or Business Administration.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in branding, marketing, or communications (preferably in FMCG, retail, or lifestyle sectors).
• Proven experience in brand strategy, digital marketing, and go-to-market execution.
• Familiarity with working with agencies and managing creative deliverables.
• Experience in corporate communications, website management, and LinkedIn marketing.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and manage timelines across regions.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and visual sensibility.
• Fluent in English (knowledge of regional languages is a plus).
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Successful launch and visibility of MAISA brand (awareness metrics, engagement rate).
• Consistency and quality of M Asia Distribution corporate branding across platforms.
• Growth in online and social media engagement (LinkedIn, website traffic, MAISA platform).
• Timely delivery and execution of branding and marketing projects.
• Effective agency coordination and cost efficiency.
