Develop brand equity and positioning, and 360 campaigns for brand
Manage creative development, production and execution for both ATL & BTL, with creative agencies and internal teams.
Planning, monitoring and optimizing media investment both mass and targeting buying.
- Ensure proper in-store visibility / materials and guided Retail's execution.
- Lead managing KOL / media partners and developing PR and social outreach.
- Coordinate with Product / Sales for partnership package with retailers to drive sales.
Initiate demand generation via building tactical promotion / activation in stores / CDM data marketing.
- Develop partnership & co-branding programs to maximize cost efficiency.
- Understand Competitor’s strength, weakness and current business strategies.
- Brand communicator skilled in both strategy creation and execution processes, across different platforms including ATL, BTL and Digital
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Strong knowledge and experience with Branding marketing;
- Strong Planning, decision making and Execution capability in a Home Appliances field;
- Strong Collaborative, Creative, resourceful & strategic minded;
- Independent, self-motivated with excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Good analytical skills and high adaptability in a fast-moving environment;
- Demonstrate fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and Power Point..)
