* Develop key client contacts in high level.
Description
1 Sales & Profitability
* Drive sales growth and profitability of full portfolio across all Channels.
* Ensure the integrity and efficiency of the distribution Business Models
* Manage Support Function Cost both direct and indirect towards high efficiency
1 Strategy & Execution for Business Development
* Development of effective sales methodologies and processes and deploy
* Market selection, programs, tactics, pricing
* Assume direct responsibility for the formulation of distribution business strategy and its execution within Vietnam country
* Development and execution of the strategic process to secure pipeline opportunities
1 People Development
* Develop and implement a high-performance sales culture practices in the team
* Identify and develop talents in the sales and operations team
* Upgrade the Team competencies, sales expertise, and sales behavioural level.
* Recruit the right sales and sales support talents to continue driving growth in sales and profitability
* Provide frequent coaching, feed-backs, and management support to internal Retail talents
1 Customer First
* Ensure customer intimacy and build added-value relationship with relevant customers
1 Team player & team spirit
* Maintain positive working climate. Develop good relations with Retail team and Cross-function teams to resolve issues, follow up action plans and keep abreast of information and latest update
Profile
Education: MBA Degree is a plus.
Experience:
* At least 10+ years of sales and/or business development experience, preferably in Commodity Industrial Products such as Building Materials, Lighting, Electrical or FMCG.
* Strong tracked record about sales performance and channel network development
* Relevant market and business trends, business environment analysis and identification of business opportunity
