• Design, develop, and maintain Power Platform solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI and SQL database.

• Work with cross-functional teams mostly from overseas to refine requirements and translate them into effective solutions.

• Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and quality assurance to ensure reliability and performance of your PowerApps, Power BI and Power Automate solution.

Workday: Full time Monday – Friday and Plus 2 Saturday morning per month.

Salary: $850 - $1800 depending on skills and experience (Junior position and Senior position).

What you need for this job:

• Experience with MySQL or SQL Server database designing, implementing and administration is important.

• Experience with Microsoft Excel and basic data analytics and business analytics concepts, excel functions, formular, data format will be highly advantageous.

• Experience and knowledge in building App UX/UI interfaces, HTML, JavaScript, CSS is important.

• Previous experience with Crystal Report, Tableau or something similar will be a great advantage.

• Previous experience with a programming language such as .NET, Java, C, Python is very important.

• Previous experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics will be beneficial.

• Ideally have some experience in developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and understand data modelling and integration, API, cloud apps.

• Self-learning is critical. The company provides regular access to online training and other self-training materials.

Language: IETLS 5.5 or the equivalent.

Education: Bachelor / Engineering degree in Computer Science or equipvalent.

Experience: Mininum 3 years of experience in similar job role.

Business analysis skills:

- Be able to understand the business needs and translate the needs into functional requirements.

- Be able to collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure that the final solution meets the needs of the business.

Communication skills:

- Be able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences. Be able to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and simple terms that any person in the business would be able to understand them.

- Be able to listen to and understand the needs of business.
