Business Analyst ERP (Finance Focus)

Job Purpose We are looking for a Business Analyst with a strong understanding of ERP systems and financial processes to support our digital transformation journey. This role will play a critical part in our migration from Tourplan to Microsoft Dynamics 365, helping to align system capabilities with business requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document requirements, analyze sales and finance workflows, and support the successful implementation and adoption of the new system. This is a permanent role within the team, contributing to the continuous improvement of our ERP and CRM platforms. Key Responsibilities • Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring effective communication and smooth project delivery. • Support the ERP system migration by assisting in the collection, documentation, and validation of business and financial requirements. • Work closely with senior analysts and stakeholders to ensure all business needs are accurately reflected in the new system. • Analyze current sales workflows, including FIT (Free Independent Traveler), GIT (Group Inclusive Tour), and group sales, and map these processes into Microsoft Dynamics 365. • Identify data gaps or inconsistencies that could affect migration and provide insights that inform better decision-making. • Assist in developing reports and performance metrics to evaluate business impact and support strategic decisions. • Create user-friendly training materials and documentation to support end-users during the transition. • Provide first-line support and guidance to users during and after implementation to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role, ideally involving ERP or CRM system deployments. • Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, particularly in financial or sales modules. • Understanding of tourism industry operations is a plus, especially within a Destination Management Company. • Strong knowledge of sales workflows, particularly FIT, GIT, and group bookings. • Demonstrated ability to gather business requirements and translate them into clear system specifications. • Experience with user acceptance testing (UAT), data analysis, and supporting system migration initiatives. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments and with external vendors. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a focus on process improvement.
