About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated Intern / Part time - Business Analyst (IT) to support corporate ERP initiatives and business process optimization. This part-time position will work closely with stakeholders across Sales, Logistics, Finance and IT to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical specifications, and support the delivery and maintenance of ERP features.

The role is ideal for an IT or business student who wants hands-on exposure to real ERP projects and process improvement activities in a trading company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and consolidate functional requirements from business users; conduct interviews and follow-up sessions to clarify needs.

• Develop clear user scenarios and feature usage flows to guide development and testing.

• Produce coherent and complete requirements models and documentation.

• Formulate, record and coordinate technical requirements between business stakeholders and developers; describe system component behavior.

• Propose technical solutions including algorithms, report formats and interface designs.

• Participate in feature testing, coordinate user acceptance, and support delivery to end users.

• Provide first-level maintenance for custom features and user support after deployment

What We’re Looking For:

• University student in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or recent graduate (final-year students preferred).

• Fluent English (written and spoken).

• Desirable: prior exposure to ERP systems (MISA or similar multi-module systems covering Sales, Warehouse, Accounting, Document Management).

• Availability to work at least 25 hours per week during regular office hours.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills, analytical mindset, excellent time-management and self-organization.

• Team-oriented attitude, eagerness to learn, and a pragmatic problem-solving approach.
