Business Analyst ( Pharma Industry)

- Support company operations by setting goals, improving processes, solving problems, working across teams, and engaging stakeholders.

- Handle product data, analyze performance, build dashboards, and support Company decisions through insights and coordination.

- Optimize field resources and territories, and develop target allocation tools to support team performance and company goals.

- Plan, execute, and evaluate reward programs, and regularly calculate compensation for all field force levels.

- Develop and manage KPIs framework, create tracking tools, and oversee call recording and target segmentation processes.

- Manage and improve internal systems, coordinate issue resolution, and lead special projects for system upgrades and tool development.

A. Experience:

- Business analytics, data analysis role: at least 3-year experience in Pharma/ Fast Moving Consumer Goods.

- Field Force Effectiveness role: at least 1 year experience in Pharma/ Fast Moving Consumer Goods (preferred).

- Experience in planning and calculating reward programs for field force team is required

- Tender Management are a plus

B. Core Skill Requirement: Business insight, Communicator, Facilitator of people, result oriented, Team-player, dynamic, high responsibility, high commitment, confidentiality, integrity, able to communicate and motivate people with can-do spirit, strong at problem solving skills, project management skills.

C. Proficient in Access, Excel and PowerPoint – SQL skills & data warehouse knowledge are a plus.

D. Language: Fluent in English & in Vietnamese

E. Education: Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, Pharmacy, or Life Sciences is preferred.
