Business and Customer Service Manager for Crypto Exchange

Locations: Dubai, Osaka, Singapore

Salary and Benefits:

- Base Salary: 35,000,000 VND - 50,000,000 VND + Performance Bonus

Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible for daily communication with customers, answering inquiries, and providing professional business support.

- Familiar with using social media marketing (e.g., Facebook, TikTok, X) to enhance brand influence.

- Manage customer relationships, resolve issues encountered by customers while using the platform, and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Assist the team with other related business support tasks.

Job Requirements:

- Vietnamese nationality, with a university degree or higher.

- Proficient in English (additional language skills should be noted in the resume).

- Familiar with operating and promoting on social media platforms, able to skillfully use Facebook, TikTok, X, etc.

- Proficient in office software such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.

- Curious about new things, able to learn quickly and adapt to new environments.

- Strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication, and social skills.

- Open to both male and female candidates, under the age of 30.
