Business & Marketing Assistant (Trợ Lý Kinh Doanh & Marketing)

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies across various platforms, including TikTok, Meta, Google, and Amazon Ads.

• Support the management of e-commerce operations, ensuring seamless integration and optimization of sales channels.

• Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging content, videos, and branding materials.

• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to inform strategy adjustments and improve outcomes.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives and business objectives.

• Assist in the planning and execution of promotional campaigns and events to drive sales and brand awareness.

• Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications.

• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in Marketing, Digital, or E-commerce, with at least 1 year in a management role.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and e-commerce operations.

• Proficient in using marketing tools and analytics platforms.
