Business Compliance Manager

Responsibilities:

• Understand country (Asia) laws, regulations and taxation which may related to business operation

• Conduct business risk assessments for all aspects and report of risks to COO and HoBC regularly

• Coordinate with Operation teams on business expansion and business continuity plan

• Manage on new company setups and coordinate on bank account opening.

• Maintain filing of business registrations, contracts and bank information and country requirements

• Ensure legal and financial integrity across cross-border operations

• Develop and implement the Compliance Framework and SOPs

• Conduct regular compliance reviews and country visit to ensure business compliance are met

• Report business risks and updates to related personnel, Head of Business Compliance and CEO

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Political Science or Business Administration,

• 5+ years’ experience in business compliance or cross-border operations

• Strong understanding of international law, Commerce law

• Experience with financial audit, international taxation and risk management is a plus

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

• Fluent in English (both written and verbal)

• Able to travel
