You will be responsible for providing quality information about our financial and business performance, value adding analyses as well as taking part in leading the forecasting and budget processes.
As our new colleague and Business Controller, you will be part of the finance department and responsible for driving the financial and performance agenda across all business areas. Within the field of controlling, you will support various stakeholders with both the business and financial perspective. You will have opportunities to influence and develop our ways of working.
Duties will include and not be limited to:
• Preparing business cases to support new investments, strategic and other business decisions
• Building financial models to project long term growth and determine the impacting business factors as well as provide ad-hoc financial analysis
• Reviewing operating performance and recommending initiatives to senior management for improvements that will lead to cost reduction, improved revenue generation and streamlining of operations
• Analysing the current business situation in the market of raw material purchases and selling prices
• Working with the sales department on regular price adjustments
• Participating in the preparation of the budgets for the company and supporting department heads to build their annual budgets and forecasts
• KPI system implementation and control
• Monthly review of results and performance versus agreed targets and budget projections
• Analyze the profitability of different services sold, business lines, clients or client groups and provide proposals to improve the sales mix.
• Reviewing and approving Purchase Orders in line with the budgets and approval limits
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• + 5 years of previous work experience in Business Controlling, Finance or Financial Analysis
• Academic degree within the area of Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a similar area
• Experience with one of the Big 4 in audit or tax is a plus
• Native Vietnamese speaker with fluent verbal and written English
• Prior experience in the multinational environment is desired
• Practical knowledge of main MS office tools, ERP systems, and data analysis tools
