- Understand the potential opportunities and timely discover prospects
- Approach customer for needs confirmation, solution proposal and persuasion and negotiation.
- Prepare solution, proposal, contract
- Report call visit in BAR+
2. Manage assigned existing customers in in-charge territories (20%)
- Deliver committed agreement and discover additional/ new demand of existing customer.
- Find solution to meet additional demand or enquiry
- Handle issues/ customer complaint such as commercial issues, deliveries, quality, collection,...
- Regular visit customer and report in the BAR+.
- Renew contract at its expiration.
3. Market intelligence and market report (20%)
- Establish and update market data in assigned territories (customers, competitors)
- Build basin report for highly potential area.
- Promote company image by attending exhibition, seminar, or relevant events.
- Well understanding gas application and search/ develop new/ hidden market
4. Other assigned tasks by Direct supervisor or Management (10%)
- Project base, short term assignment or additional role
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Good at writing and speaking skills in English and Vietnamese
• 1-4 years experience in technical sales with industrial products, preferably in a multinational organization with engineering/technical background.
• Preferable experience in working for FDI enterprise with ERP and solution product which require customer production process
• High adaptability & learning; Strong communication, negotiation & pro-activeness.
• Market orientation, practical and achieving great results.
• Project management; careful/attention to detail; willing to learn and explore technical issues
• Ability to work in a team environment, mature minded as well as able to work independently with initiative.
