Business Development

Responsibilities:

• Accountable in managing and developing existing and/or new customer accounts in Vietnam

• Responsible to create new businesses, formulate strategic partnerships with end customers through proactive engagements

• A “Hunter” who is constantly prospecting, identifying new business opportunities and targeting new potential customers

• Able to develop a project pipeline, present its business case, execute, and achieve departmental KPIs

• To collaborate closely with Design team

• Expected to be independent, yet able to work well in a dynamic team, self-motivated, result oriented and driven

• Degree or min. Diploma in a relevant discipline

• Minimum 3 years of experiences in Construction Industry with Interior Design backgrounds preferred.

• Strong understanding of office interior design trends, space planning, and workplace solutions.

• Proficiency in database application, presentation and report writing.

• Able to speak other language is an added advantage.

• Diligent, self-motivated and a team player.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
