Business Development And Operations Manager - Danang

- Design and implement business strategies to help the clinic meet organizational goals.

- Seek opportunity to collaborate with existing and new Clients/business development.

- In collaboration with the Clinic Director: making sure the effective day-to-day operations of Da Nang Clinic and oversee clinic staff to ensure optimal productivity. Planning and coordinating daily work assignments and operations.

- Solving problems, both administrative and operational (including the maintenance of clinic property, equipment, computer systems and installed software applications).

- Participating in ensuring compliance with regulations, standards and inspections.

- Hiring, mentoring, evaluating manpower.

- Serving as a liaison between clinic and external clients.

- Good communication with patients. Exceptional customer service skills.

- Deal with complains from patients when necessary.

- Collaborate closely with all Departments at Family Medical Practice in all locations (Medical Director, Clinic Manager, Marketing, HR, Accounting, etc).

- Vietnamese nationality.

- Excellent command in English.

- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
