ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Works with The Founder to promote the company utilizing the various platforms for Media releases - such as Facebook, Linked-In, Instagram and the Level Architect Company web site.
- Prepares Marketing materials such as presentations to prospective clients and for marketing events such as Conferences and Exhibitions.
- Assists in the preparation of proposals and responses to Requests for Proposals from potential partners and clients.
- Carries out research into potential projects and clients.
- Maintain and develop the relationships with Existing and New clients.
- Communicates with potential clients to secure Marketing Presentation / Meetings for the Founder with new potential clients.
- Is creative in the promotion and marketing of Level Architect.
- Produces graphic presentations, utilizing Photoshop, Power Point, and Illustrator.
- Assists Director on proposals and contracts to Clients, ensure all information is aligned.

REQUIREMENTS
• Experience: practical or University College Degree in Business Administration or Marketing or relevant degree
• 2-3 Years’ experience in the Real estate Industry in Vietnam preferred and is an advantage
• Possesses strong communication and collaboration skills
• Communicate effectively in Vietnamese and English
• Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign graphic software preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite preferred
• Strong design and presentation skills
• Experience of working within a project team
• Work well as part of a team, be proactive and show initiative
BENEFITS & OTHERS: Medical, Regular hours, Mondays - Fridays, others accordance to VN’s labor law.
SALARY PLAN: Negotiable based on Market Rate and Experience.
