Business Development Assistant Manager - Medical Device

About the role: We are looking for a BD AM who has experience in medical device field with a strong sales record, who can work independently to increase pipeline volume, turn potential sales leads into sales revenue, and be able to manage distributors well. Responsibilities: • Expand sales channels in the Central and South markets for all products: Medical monitors and DXD • Collaborate with Medical SI partners to list company medical products in tender or bidding. • Keep following up on all pipelines and updating frequently. • Support distributors / partners with technical issues or product inquiries. • Work directly with end-users to increase engagement and secure the pipelines. • Manage distributors: inventory, sales plans/ upcoming projects • Give presentations (pitch decks) frequently to targeted customers and conduct workshops or seminars to promote company medical products.

Candidate requirements: • Pharmaceutical, medical, or bioengineering background • Have at least 3 years of experience in the medical device industry and have relevant work experience in the diagnostics field. • Able to work under high pressure • Willing to have a business trip • English level: Intermediate
