Business Development Coordinator
Job description
National Business Development:
• Support Division Manager in developing national business by
identifying and pursuing opportunities for growth.
• Facilitate the signing of frame agreements, securing product and
system approvals, and implementing network strategies.
• Lead the process for central billing agreements, ensuring alignment
with national objectives.
OEM and Key Account Management:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with OEMs and other
nationally operating customer groups.
• Act as the first point of contact for these key accounts, addressing their
needs, providing solutions, and ensuring exceptional customer
satisfaction.
Strategic Support:
• Assist in offering insights and recommendations for divisional and
company-wide strategic planning.
• Contribute to identifying growth opportunities and market trends
relevant to the division.
Market Analysis:
• Regularly analyze market trends, customer preferences, and the
competitive landscape to adapt the company’s offerings accordingly.
• Provide detailed reports to the Head of Division on market dynamics
and competitor activities.
Sales Force Enablement and Support:
• Collaborate with the sales team to equip them with the necessary tools,
technology, and materials to enhance productivity and customer
engagement.
• Support the development and execution of sales training programs,
focusing on effective customer relationship management and product
knowledge.
Marketing and Promotional Activities:
• Assist in crafting and executing targeted marketing and promotional
campaigns to build brand awareness and drive sales growth within the
division.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure alignment with broader
company initiatives.
Innovation and Growth Initiatives:
• Support the Head of Division in promoting innovation within the
division, exploring opportunities for expanding product lines, and
identifying new markets.
• Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at driving growth and
profitability.
Business Acumen:
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and the ability to identify growth opportunities and competitive advantages.
Customer Focus:
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Strategic Thinking:
• Capacity to support strategic initiatives and contribute to long-term planning and decision-making processes.
Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams, customers, and external partners.
• Proficiency in building rapport and establishing trust with colleagues and key accounts.
Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:
• Ability to analyze data, market trends, and performance metrics to provide actionable insights and address challenges.
Project Management:
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
Adaptability:
• Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions, customer preferences, and internal priorities.
Presentation Skills
• Proficiency in delivering compelling and persuasive presentations to customers, senior management, and other stakeholders.
Job requirements
Qualifications and Requirements
• Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline. Master's degree or MBA advantageous.
• Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience in sales, sales management, or a related field.
• Additional Languages: English proficiency is required.
• Travel: Willingness for extensive travel within Vietnam, and occasionally overseas.
