SALES and TEAM Management
Find, choose and hire right team members for sales.
Plan and Implement Sales strategy and approach.
Maintain existing customers and develop new customers or new business product.
Maintain the existing volumes and increase volume target annually.
Provide customer satisfaction by handling well routine work, servicing requirement and problem solving
Supervise sales team/s and get sale reports for the whole team.
Supervise and plan weekly and monthly customer visits with team members.
Maintain a close working relationship with colleagues to ensure team strengths are further development.
Approach customer (finding demand, figure out competitors, set up and develop relationship with decision makers) – Building up strategy (quotation, persuade, negotiation) – Close deal – Coordinate Follow up with operation/accountant (contract, shipment, payment) – Provide After sell service.
Assesses competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends; identifying sales opportunities.
Follow up with customers on payments, collections, and debt reporting.
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and profile documents
Use collaborative skills needed to liaise with various internal departments and convey customer feedback.
Follow company procedures, guidelines and policies proactively recommending improvements or additions to policies and procedures.
Ability to travel on business trips as needed.
Set up sales forecast to prepare resources required.
