To provide support to the Business Development Manager from initial enquiry to contract awarded, including but not limiting to following responsibilities:

- Prepare tender technical documents / tender submissions.

- Prepare documents for Tender Review, Launch, Wrap-up and Transfer Meetings.

- Establish and develop a high level of business relationship with internal & external partners for business growth.

Key performance indicators:

- Able to communicate effectively and articulately at all levels.

- Demonstrate commercial acumen .

- Understanding, implementation and compliance with all applicable processes and procedures.

What We Need:

- At least 5 years of experience in the Construction field, priority is given to candidates with a network in the road and bridge construction industry.

- A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Road and Bridge Construction...

- Priority is given to candidates with experience in the road and bridge construction field.

- Understanding of the local construction market.

- Having experience in bidding for road and bridge projects.

- Ability to use Microsoft Project/ACAD and Microsoft Office.

- English is a must.
