Business Development Executive

- Lead the incorporation process of Ninebot’s Vietnam operations, including company registration, documentation, and compliance with local laws and regulations.

- Conduct detailed market research to evaluate demand, competitor landscape, consumer behavior, and identify opportunities for market entry.

- Develop entry strategies for initial retailer acquisition and build a sustainable retail network.

- Coordinate and negotiate with the dealer’s purchase manager to secure the best deals for both Segway-Ninebot and our partners.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with sales staff across dealer stores and actively seek new distributors.

- Forecast inventory levels to ensure optimal stock management.

- Develop attractive yet profitable promotional campaigns.

- Process inventory and accounting paperwork to maintain accurate records.

- Create reports to track performance and ensure smooth operations.

- Handle customer complaints and engage in negotiations to find mutually beneficial solutions.

- Present and demonstrate the value of products and services to prospective buyers.

- Degree in a related field (e.g., Economics, Accounting, Engineering, Statistics, Marketing, Business Management, Administrative).

- 1-3 years of experience in retail or a similar industry (Junior/Senior roles available).

- Experience in E-vehicles or IT products (DIY, Gadgets, OEM) is an advantage.

- Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, data queries) are a plus.

- Confidence and strong negotiating, influencing, and networking skills.

- Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.

- Strong team working and leadership skills.

- Numeracy and IT skills.

- Excellent problem-solving abilities.

- A driver’s license (and own car) is a plus.
