• English fluently
• Proven success in achieving sales targets
• Ability to create excellent client relationships
• Previous experience in service companies is preferable
• Previous experiences with FM like JLL, CBRE, AEON, SAVILLS is a plus
• Good negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure
• Be active, enthusiastic and sales-orientated person.
