- Increase the company network by contacting new clients
- Researching about the upcoming potential projects and contact with the owners to present our office
- Support Director on preparing proposal, contract, schedules, etc as well as responding to customer enquiries.
- Support Director and admin in processing the contract.
- Process and administer the sales process – follow up contracts, proposal.
- Support daily operations related to sales and customer service
- Support post-sale activities, sourcing and market research
- Documentation (making quotations, etc.)
- Other sales activities assigned by the company
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- 4 years of experiences in relevant roles
- Fluent in English speaking and writing
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Working flexibly, good communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Agile manners, high sense of responsibility & detail-orientation.
- Positive attitude to work and learn, pro-active and social person
- Working experiences from Architecture, Interior Design or hospitality companies is a plus
