• Develop and manage sales pipeline, prospect and assess sales and move multiple transactions simultaneously through the sales pipeline.
• Manage and track customer interaction and transactional information in a CRM system
• Coordinate pre-sales resources throughout the sales cycle.
• Provide presentations, product demonstrations and general support to prospective customers.
• Provide regular reporting of prospecting, pipeline and forecast through the CRM system.
• Keep abreast of competition, competitive issues and products.
• Practice effective, excellent communication with management, customers and support staff.
• Travel to customer locations in support of sales efforts.

• Ability to proactively deliver a new business strategy and actions in a fast-paced environment
• Proven experience in engaging with senior management across multiple disciplines within the potential new customer base to ensure maximum understanding and opportunity for success
• Strong competency in delivering creative solutions to overcome customer objections and ability to negotiate mutually beneficial commercial contracts
• Ability to analyze and interpret complex customer data and using CRM systems as part of the daily role
• Fluent in English spoken and written
• Identify and flag any product or marketing improvements required to optimize our end customer solutions and engage relevant internal departments.
