*** Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute strategies to expand sales channels and increase revenue
• Identify and evaluate new agents, shops, and other distribution channels
• Build relationships with key industry stakeholders and influencers
• Work closely with the existing community to increase sales volume and connect them to new distribution channels
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients and partners
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize the sales process and improve customer satisfaction
• Track and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
• Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the health and wellness industry
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies
• Strong networking skills and ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decisions
• Willingness to travel as needed
