About the Role

The Business Development Executive plays a vital role in expanding Chicilon Media’s client base and driving revenue growth. This position suits a proactive and dynamic sales professional who is passionate about the advertising and media industry, enjoys building client relationships, and thrives on achieving ambitious business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and develop new business opportunities with clients who have advertising and branding needs.

• Maintain and nurture long-term partnerships with existing clients, ensuring excellent service and campaign performance.

• Negotiate contracts, manage timelines, and coordinate with internal departments to deliver effective advertising solutions.

• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly/yearly revenue targets.

• Monitor market trends, competitors, and client feedback to propose strategic business solutions.

• Prepare business reports and participate in developing market expansion plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or media/advertising.

• Proven track record in client acquisition and revenue achievement.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

• Strong business mindset, creativity, and the ability to work independently under pressure.

• Existing client network in the advertising, media, or digital industry is a strong plus.
