Mission: Expand Da Nang market share & Achieve Sales target by creating revenue via VNW, NS and any other new service.
- Developing an extensive customer database
- Build TRUST and maintain good rapport with customers.
- Contacting customers on the phone, meeting customers, uncover the needs, deliver the best solution that helps customer solve their recruitment needs.
- Being responsible for individual sales target.
- BD for new client (VNW first, then NS service or other service as well) & Follow up existing client in Da Nang (Transferred some client in Da Nang from Hanoi & HCMC)
- Send sales report (About revenue situation, KPI, or other)
- Assisting the Manager in implementing sales strategies for the company
- Marketing by ourselves (By asking client about Da Nang situation, we marketing for create suitable service or package for this area by ourselves).
- Educating and consulting customers on effective use of our service.
- Carry out other tasks when assigned by Line Manager and Department Head
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- At least 3 year of experience in sales/ business development/ consulting/ education industry and people management with specific achievements
- B2B is a plus
- High responsibility, seriousness, self-control in work
- Analytical, communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and good teamwork
- Computer skills, computer skills, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Good communication skills in Vietnamese and English.
