This position holder looks for new customer and potential customers in the same time create good network with current customers.
MAIN DUTIES
Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
Build and maintain long-term relationship with existing customers.
Conduct sales presentations/ meetings with customers to offer Company’s key service offerings.
Coordinate closely with Warehouse Manager and Distribution & Traffic Manager.
Prepare proposals & contracts for new customers.
Identify new business areas which is in-line with the Company’s growth strategy.
Keeping abreast of what competitors are doing.
Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.
Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Commercial knowledge on 3PL.
Ability to work independently.
Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics.
Good presentation, negotiation skills.
Confidence, self-motivated, patience and proactive.
Strong acumen for new business.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum Degree in Logistics & Warehouse Management, Supply Chain Management is preferable.
YEARS OF PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in similar capacity.
Working experience on Third Party Logistics is preferable.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
English fluently.
