Business Development Executive - Pet Food & Care Industry

At this phase of expansion, VNF is focusing on market growth in both domestic and global markets, as well as developing pet products and applications. We are looking for a passionate BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE to join the Pet Team and drive new opportunities in this exciting segment.

II. RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Market Expansion (Main focus)

• Develop and coordinate new business opportunities in both domestic and global markets.

• Identify, approach, and build long-term partnerships with customers and industry stakeholders.

• Proactively explore new application areas and market segments to expand VNF’s pet business.

2. Product & Application Development

• Identify market-driven opportunities for new product development.

• Collaborate closely with R&D and technical teams to design, validate, and optimize pet product applications.

• Translate scientific insights and testing results into actionable commercial proposals and product positioning strategies.

• Support pilot trials and product demonstrations with customers or partners to ensure successful implementation.

3. Market Intelligence & Marketing Execution

• Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, consumer insights, and competitors to inform business strategy.

• Develop clear, compelling marketing materials and presentations that communicate product benefits effectively.

• Coordinate and participate in trade shows, customer meetings, and promotional campaigns to drive market visibility.

4. Others

• Support internal knowledge sharing, reporting, and training activities as required.

III. QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

A. Education & Background

• Bachelor’s degree from top Vietnamese or foreign universities in one of the following:

o Technical background: Veterinary, Biotechnology, Food/Animal Science, or related majors, with a career direction in business and industry.

o Business background: Business, Economics, or Marketing, with willingness and ability to learn technical knowledge.

• Experience:

o Prefer candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience (in Business Development, Technical roles)

o Fresh graduates with strong relevant experience, learning attitude, and high potential are also encouraged to apply.
