Business Development Executive (Plastics & Chemical Material)

• To establish close relationships with new potential customers by constant communication to optimize revenue growth. • To develop new products/applications with appropriate strategies from marketing research and analysis, customers visit and feedback etc. • To identify customers' needs and consumption, competitors' activities, and constantly improve market share. • To maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards. • To achieve individual and Company sales target. • To ensure timely payment collection from customers • Proactive in solution solving skill • To handle some other ad-hoc project assign by Company.

• Candidate must possess Degree Chemical / Business or equivalent • At least 3 years of B2B business development experience in the Plastic industry. • The ability to work independently, self-motivated, with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. • Preferably has business connection and experiences in Petrochemicals, Distributors, Compounder, or Plastic processing companies / manufacturers. • Fluent in spoken and written English and or Mandarin will have added advantage. • Good in PPT presentation and other Microsoft software. **Welfare: • Salary: Negotiable • Incentive and bonus • Premium healthcare insurance • Company Trip • Five working days per week
