*Scope of Work (Summary): - Discovery and explore new business opportunities - Assess and define partnership for potential business - Development Business structure till handover to operations * Major Roles and Responsibilities: - Find and collect information about potential business deals and analyzing market strategies - 15% - Support in developing and negotiating contracts - 15% - Research information related to company’s project, business industry to identify new trend and potential new markets -15% - Execute to make the site survey and land location study- 15% - Manage the consultants and execute the activities related to the approval of master plan, investment certificate, enterprise registration certificate - 40%
