Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Business Development Executive to expand our product portfolio in travel products. This is a highly visible role that demands customer service skills, communication skill, professionalism, and the ability to give a pitch to top managers in tourism industry.
Success in this position requires a positive, results-oriented management with excellent follow-through and attention to detail; strong and persuasive communication skills; solid technology skills; and a flexible, entrepreneurial orientation. The ideal candidate must thrive in a challenging and fast-paced environment where prioritizing and multi-tasking are the norm.

Scope of work:
-Working with supplier to negotiate (pricing, contract terms…) and sign the contract
-Evaluate the product portfolio an product expansion strategy in assigned product category
-Tracking leads, pipeline of BD progress
-Market researching (about market, competitors) to improve current supplier’s offerings and up-to-date sales promotion.
-Stick to Strategic business plans to ensure long-term growth and sustainability of each partners
-Arranging & meeting with supplier
-Working with legal team to ensure the related documents are well- prepared
-Working with internal teams in administrative, marketing, commerce to process smoothly among and between -internal teams
-Reporting to line manager

Job Requirements

-Strong background in Tourism or E-commerce
-Exceptional client service skills and enjoy working with people
-Superior attention to detail
-High energy, positive, professional attitude; take pride in work product
-Strong computer skills to include: Microsoft Office and experience in using OTA extranet (preferred)
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Strong time management skills and ability to manage concurrent tasks efficiently
-Willing to roll up your sleeves and pitch in to help your colleagues when needed
