Due to production expansion, we would like to recruit 01 Business Development Executive.
Working location: Lot 7A, Noi Bai Industrial zone, Quang Tien, Soc Son, Hanoi
Job description as follow:
1. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
2. Actively seek out new sale opportunity through networking, cold calling or other means of generating interest from potential customers.
3. Able to plan persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential customers to do business with the company
4. Track sales expense and create monthly sales report by tracking, consolidating, analyzing and summarizing expense
5. Assist and support daily jobs for new projects such as washing machine, air conditioning and automotive, and others
6. Collaborate with co-worker to follow up of new products, pre-production schedule and mass production
7. Co-operate with colleagues to negotiate deals and handle customer’s complaints in order to maintain and increase satisfaction

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
1. University degree, major in Business Administration/Communication/ Marketing…Preferred oversea graduated.
2. Working experiences: Preffered 01 year of working experiences at the same position/related position
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
3. Preferred industry: Customer service/ Administrative/ Public relation/ Marketing/ Foreign language
4. Able to communicate in Japanese.
(Additional language such as Chinese will have added advantage)
5. Good at Microsoft Office: Words, Excel and power point
6. Good at interaction and interpersonal skill (social skills)
7. Have basic understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
8. Self motivated with a result-driven approach
9. Enjoy cultivating relationship and entertaining customers
