Business Development Executive / Senior (Headhunting & HR Solutions)

Company Introduction

Best HR Solution is a company that provides comprehensive human resources solutions, including headhunting services (recruitment of mid- to senior-level positions) and is currently developing a Human Resource Management Software (HR Software) to support business clients.

We are looking for a Business Development Executive / Senior who has experience in B2B client development, a passion for the HR field, and the ambition to grow together with us in our expansion into the HR Tech sector.

Job Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and build relationships with corporate clients who have demand for headhunting services and HR software solutions (HR Software / HR Tech).

• Coordinate with the CEO and other departments to ensure high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.

• Maintain and nurture existing client relationships while developing new clients to achieve sales targets and business KPIs.

• College or University degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.

• Minimum 1–2 years of Business Development experience in a headhunting company or HR Solution company.

• Good English communication skills.

• Preferably with knowledge or experience in Marketing or HR Tech.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.

Working hours: Open to both part-time and full-time.

+ Full time: Monday – Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

+ Part time: All morning Monday- Friday (8AM – 12PM)
