Job Description

We are looking for a Business Development Specialist (Technical Sales) for Animal Nutrition product whose responsibilities are to:
• Present, promote and sell products to existing and prospective customers
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
• Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
• Other partnering activities to continuously improve through feedback from the market

Job Requirements

Age range: 28 – 35
Employment Status: FULL TIME (44HOURS/WEEK)
Travel Required: YES

Qualifications and Education Requirements
• BS/BA degree or equivalent
• Proven work experience as a sales representative in Animal feed industry
• Motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs

Preferred Skills/Behavior Traits
• Able to work independently
• Strong technical-product selling skill
• Good English and computer skills (Power point)
• Good selling, communication and negotiation skills
• Be able to educate and promote new products to customer
• Willing to travel, decisive, and flexible

*Basic working condition for this vacant:
1. Probation: 2 months with 85% basic salary
2. Working time: Mon to Fri ( 8:00AM – 5:00PM)
3. Working venue: Floor 11 Royal Tower A, 235 Nguyen Van Cu, 1 District, HCMC
4. Annual Leave: 12 days
5. Personal Accident and Health-care Insurance
6. Company product: provided every month after probation period
7. Performance Bonus: base on your KPI achievement
8. Other benefits as per Vietnam Labor law
