Responsibilities:
1. Find and Recruit Creators (50%)
• Research, find and build a database of ideal creator profiles (e.g., cosplayer, streamers, VTubers, lifestyle influencers, etc.).
• Directly contact creators and recruit them to be on Gank.
• Negotiate agreements or contracts with creators for long-term partnership.
2. Onboarding Creators on Gank (30%)
• Support creator activate account on Ganks and help them start earning.
3. Manager Outsourced Hunter Supporter Team
• Build an outsource team including 2-3 members to find more qualified creators and onboarded creators on Gank.
Yêu cầu công việc
• 2-5 years of experience in the Creator industry, such as working with Cosplayers, Livestreamers, VTubers, Gamers, Lifestyle Influencers etc
• Understand the creator economy and its monetization models (donations, memberships, digital content etc)
• Speak and write English well is a bonus
• Sales and negotiation skills for recruiting Creators
• Salary: 18-25M NET monthly
