Business Development Leader (HR Services)
Job description
As a Business Development Leader (or Assistant Manager), you will be responsible for developing new leads for recruitment services, organizational HR consulting solutions such as HR system design, talent development, and labor management in the Vietnamese market. The target clients are local companies and non-Japanese foreign companies. After achieving results in developing new leads through sales activities, you will aim for a career path to become a manager overseeing the business development team through new staff recruitment, etc. This position reports directly to the General Director.
1. **Market Research and Analysis**
- Investigate and analyze trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs related to recruitment services and organizational HR consulting in the Vietnamese market, and formulate strategic sales plans.
- Identify new business opportunities and create and update a list of potential clients.
2. **Sales Activities**
- Business networking with key HR personnel of local companies and non-Japanese foreign companies.
- Identify needs for recruitment services, HR system design, talent development, labor management, and other organizational HR consulting services of local companies and non-Japanese foreign companies, and introduce ICONIC's services.
- Acquire new leads from local companies and non-Japanese foreign companies.
- Pass the acquired new leads to the consulting team of the respective expertise.
3. **Sales Reporting and Analysis**
- Regularly report the progress of sales activities and monitor the achievement of KPIs (number of new lead passes, sales contribution amount, number of contacts for Vietnamese newsletters, etc.).
- Analyze sales data and propose and implement improvement measures.

4. **Collaboration with Marketing Department**
- Provide opinions on B2B marketing activities targeting local companies and non-Japanese foreign companies in the Vietnamese market.
- Improve brand recognition through collaboration in marketing activities such as events, seminars, and webinars planned by the marketing department.
5. **Career Path and Team Management**
- First, achieve results through your own sales activities.
- Based on the results, recruit new staff and oversee the business development team, providing guidance and support to achieve team goals.
Job requirements
- English: Business level
- Over 5 years of corporate sales experience in HR-related products/services
- Logical thinking, customer-oriented, hardworking, active, and continuous learning.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel).
- Have experience of managing a team or a department.
