Mô Tả Công Việc
- Build up and develop sales channels to expand customer base and sales revenue
- Set sales target, sales plan, sales activities for each sales channels to drive sales growth
- Forecast sales, allocate stock among sales channels and sales counters to maximize product shelf-life
- Set performance and sales target for sales staff. On-the-job training and coaching to achieve the high
sales and customer service standard.
- Manage day-to-day operations of stores, department stores, sales staff schedule
- Coordinate with Marketing team to organize and manage sales events, workshops, roadshows at stores
and other locations per company direction
- Play the key role in contributing company strategies to achieve the common goal and sustainable
- To aggressively service existing accounts, obtain sales orders
- To aggressively establish and open new dealer/Chain store by planning and organizing effective sales
plan to offer attractive trade terms and obtain sales orders.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- At least 5 years of experience in Cosmetics Industry with similar position
- Experience in managing a Sales outfit with proven track record in Sales.
- Experience in to develop various distribution channels, especially in modern trade.
- Smooth written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese
- Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
- Result-oriented, Active, Responsible and Strong Leadership Skill
