Overall operation management
• Oversee day-to-day ICR HQ & Center operations to create smooth workflow and ensure established procedures are followed.
• Work with department leads to achieve ICR business operational goals.
• Identify areas for Center / HQ / FC Centered operational improvement and implement processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure quality.
• Work with HQ & Center Operation/ Sales / Marketing Leads by assigning tasks, setting performance goals, and providing ongoing and constructive feedback, coaching to deliver performance
• Manage resource allocation, including personnel, budgets, and tech in operation , customer services , HR , accounting , Academic & oversee sales development initiatives .
• Use key performance indicators (KPIs) and data analytics to create reports on the effectiveness of operations and to drive informed decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Optimize the procurement process by establishing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Develop mitigation strategies to protect operations and reduce disruptions.
• Managing projects related to process improvement, operational efficiency, and cost reduction.
Set up new centers
• Accountable to comply to Operation SOP, Selling SOP to set up new centre for facilities, system, & train well centre teams to use the system & comply to operation SOP
• Work with different supplier to fill up the operation facilities with efficient cost
• Understand well the knowledge of license need to obtain for new centre, liaise with legal agency to accomplish centre license
Market expansion
• Market survey of industry, competitor’s updates to improve ICR business
• Sales forecasting for new center, co-recruiting Center Managers with Sales Manager
• Planning budget & resources to run operation & sales team
Yêu cầu công việc
• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university
• At least 5 -7 years of relevant work experience & in senior Management role
• Excellent management & leadership skills
• Strong Sales Leadership Background; Sales Training & Coaching Skills
• Able to lead operation with hard skills & soft skills (CRM knowledge preferable)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, must speak fluent English
• Analytical, with the ability to think critically and to problem solve
• Has the capability to work independently to execute tasks and projects with deadline
• Shows leadership and deep sense of responsibility
• Proactive and takes initiative to resolve issues and/or highlight challenges
• Able to operate with a high level of integrity and professionalism
• Needs to be familiar with the full suite of ICR Programs, ICR operating system and processes (training will be provided)
