Business Development Manager

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. This role will primarily focus on seeking chance as M&A projects, Collaborative projects with other companies, and spearheading efforts to enhance the efficiency of accounting/finance processes. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management with a strong understanding of financial operations and strategic business development.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage M&A projects from inception to integration, including due diligence, negotiation, and post-merger integration activities.

- Drive shared service project aimed at consolidating and optimizing operational functions across entities.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and implement strategies to improve accounting process efficiency.

- Develop and implement business development initiatives to support company growth objectives.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and risks.

- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, clients, and strategic partners.

- Prepare and present comprehensive reports, proposals, and presentations outlining project status, risks, and opportunities to senior management.

Job Requirements:

- Gender: MALE

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Financal Accounting, or a related field.

- Proven experience (>7 years) in business development, project management, or corporate finance, especially in paint market

- Strong understanding of M&A processes, including due diligence, valuation, and integration.

- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.

- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
