[Responsibilities]
- Promote Dable’s Native Advertising solution for Vietnam agencies and advertisers and drive new business opportunities and revenue growth by actively converting prospects into clients to achieve measurable business targets.
- Work closely with clients to not only maintain strong relationships but to identify new opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Drive client retention strategies to ensure long-term partnership success.
- Identify and prioritize partners’ new growth opportunities; from market trend research, proposing innovative solutions to foster further expansion.
- Develop sales presentation and execute Vietnam market expansion strategies that optimize the market potential.

Yêu cầu công việc
[Minimum qualifications]
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2~5 years of industry experience in the ad tech, digital marketing, and good understanding of the online ad tech industry and key players.
- Proven track record of successfully generating new business opportunities and acquiring new clients in a highly competitive market. Experience in cold-calling, relationship-building, and identifying untapped opportunities.
- Native in Vietnamese, and ability to speak and write in English fluently and idiomatically.
- Ability to structure, analyze, and solve complex business problems with market trend access, as well as deliver impact against concrete business goals.
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism by working with integrity and accountability, even with little or no guidance.
- A collaborative team player who can also work independently to drive strategic opportunities and results.
[Preferred qualifications]
- Profound experience in advertising sales, partnership and account management; demonstrated ability to acquire and negotiate with new partners/clients.
- Experience in internet, advertising, e-commerce, and/or online services.
- Data-driven and able to leverage analytics to optimize advertising solutions and performance.
- Proven ability to adapt quickly to changing market conditions and client needs, demonstrating a proactive and agile approach.
- A can-do mindset, a persistent and adventurous attitude. The ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
