Job Description
- Sales development of “in-scope” clients of the Project Logistics business in Vietnam between Vietnam and countries globally in line with the company’s sales strategy
- Interact, drive and coordinate sales with worldwide counterparts
- Identify new and potential customers and Projects on a regular basis. Exchange sales leads and market information to the Rhenus network
- Approach clients and prospects on a regular basis
- Achieve and exceed both revenue and gross profit targets
- Achieve Sales KPIs with regard to sales visits, sales leads, and opportunities via Rhenus' CRM
- Effectively utilize Rhenus' CRM
- Monitor and ensure customer satisfaction
- Negotiate contracts up to deal closing
- Create a database of target customers and develop a personalized strategy to deal with each customer
- Represent the company and identify prospects at trade fairs, chamber of commerce events, and other public attendances
- Generate new ideas to support the development of Rhenus Project Logistics
- Formulate short-term and long-term sales plans and strategies to significantly grow the business
- Cooperate with the Pricing and Operations Team in order to achieve the best results
- Close co-operation with the Key Account Management team
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of Sales / Business Development experience in the Project Logistics industry
- Proven track record of successful business development in the Project Logistics Industry
- Possess an existing network within the industry and the ability to retain existing client portfolio
-Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and Vietnamese, both written and spoken
- Strong work ethic and integrity
- Proactive, self-motivated, and a self-starter with a positive hunter mentality
- Proficient in MS Office
- Willingness to travel extensively and to work from different spaces
