Mô Tả Công Việc

We are looking for a motivated & well-spoken Business Development Manager to join our sales team. You will be responsible for ensuring a smooth sales process; identifying and communicating with prospects from defined target accounts, understanding their needs, generating interest & ultimately acquiring them as a new client.

Role Details
Prospecting:
• Penetrate targeted accounts by identifying & reaching decision makers through various direct and indirect channels
• Initiate the sales process through generating interest from decision makers and other relevant leads in order to secure Sales Discovery

Meetings:
• Work with referral partners to generate qualified opportunities with new & targeted accounts. New customer acquisition: Sales presentations, follow-up & closing contracts
• Secure and deliver Sales presentations via video-call
• Qualify prospects needs & requirements through defined, conversational questioning
• Explain & discuss the key features of Arches’ services best-suited to their needs
• Systematic follow-up to progress the process to closure and close pay contracts
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships

General:
• Plan towards and achieve monthly & quarterly KPI targets
• Support various corporate tasks required by a start-up company.

- The main change to the role is that it's a 90% sales execution role = candidates must be active salespeople comfortable with making sales calls, sales presentations, sales follow-up etc
-- Exp: sales/ BD lead tại Big 4 hoac professional consulting firm.
