We are looking for driven individuals to join our team. You will be responsible for the functions listed below:
Roles and Responsibilities:
⭐ Sales Planning
- Planning, set goals and target for Commercial Dept in Monthly/ Quarterly/ Yearly accordingly to the strategy the company
- Build the strategy to approach targeted customer segment using domestic express across Vietnam.
- Develop a growth strategy, a business expansion plan focused both on profitable growth and customer satisfaction
- Provide ideas, initiatives and coordinate Business solution for Tech enhancement, Product/service offer for better growth & customer satisfaction.
⭐ Sales Prospecting
- Lead Generation through market research
- Develop sales through Bambooship hub and motivate hub to explore potential small sellers in the province.
- Approach prospective corporate clients (e.g. Enterprise/ Companies/Shop/ eCommerce Sellers)
- Arrange sales meetings with prospective corporate clients
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
⭐ Sales Performance
- Closing sales and maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; profit and service improvement.
- Managing and monitoring of day-to-day relationships and communications with key client.
- Closely work with management and other departments to assist in market assessment efforts and provide on-the-ground insights.
⭐ Key Performance Indicators
Sales Targets including Revenue, Parcel, Customer, Profitability, Cost
