- Develop and implement overarching sales and business development strategy, sales processes, structure, and best practices
- Managing both existing sales pipeline and developing new business opportunities - building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline
- Take a lead role in the ideation and development of proposal and presentation to clients
- Provide strategic direction to accelerate business growth and profitability
- Identifying target audience and spearhead in strategizing lead generation
- Qualifying incoming leads enquiries
- Coordinate the proposal & quotation process with internal and external resources
- Identify potential partnerships and opportunities to drive new growth areas and acquire new clients
- Work closely with the design & project management teams to ensure end-to-end client satisfaction, during both the pitching and delivery/handover phase

Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or management
- 5 - 8 years' prior industry related business development experience & relevant networks
- Successful track record in B2B / B2C sales and negotiation / in achieving revenue targets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
- Proven ability to plan and manage resources
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills (telephone, written, face-to-face)
- Excellent time management skills, autonomous, team player, precise, processed, multi-tasker, and most importantly, fully reliable (take responsibility, follow up and complete tasks by deadlines)
